You Might Also Have

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience / understanding of Cvent.
• Over eight years of experience in event planning or program management within the life sciences (pharmaceutical) industry.
• Proven track record in client and account management.
• Strong negotiation skills with outside vendors and budget management.
• Experience within the Pharmaceutical or Life Science industry is a must-have for this role.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Operations Manager, Planning is between $75,000 - $80,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget .
