Job summary

The ideal candidate has CDL Class A, 5+ years in HHG warehouse work, and supervisory experience, with knowledge of international cargo SOP and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A and a clean driving record are required.
• Organizational skills are essential for managing warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of SOPs for international cargo is preferred.
• Computer skills include MS Office and Internet proficiency.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification if not already certified.
• Experience supervising a team of movers and warehouse staff is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Maintain record keeping and warehouse documentation.
• Supervise and/or assist with loading outbound storage.
• Supervise/unload, verify, and vault inbound storage.
• Set up trailers and straight trucks for road/local work.
• Act as company liaison during moves for customers.
• Manage HHG crews on local moves and training of staff.
• Prepare reports such as trailer usage and inventory.of packing supplies.
