About the Opportunity

We are recruiting on behalf of a logistics and supply chain company for a bilingual Warehouse Operations Management Trainee.

This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates interested in developing a career in warehouse operations, e-commerce fulfillment, and logistics management.

Please note: While this listing is categorized as remote, the role requires regular on-site training and operational work at an assigned U.S. warehouse. Candidates must be willing to commute or relocate. The assigned location and attendance requirements will be discussed during interviews.

Responsibilities

• Learn and support daily warehouse operations, including FBA transfers, e-commerce fulfillment, receiving, shipping, and inventory management.
• Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to process transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with daily workflow coordination and operational issue resolution.
• Follow standard operating procedures, safety requirements, and 5S practices.
• Gradually take on additional operational and team coordination responsibilities as skills develop.
• Adapt to reasonable shift and assignment changes based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Logistics, supply chain, business administration, or related majors preferred.
• Strong communication skills in Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Proficiency in Excel and standard office applications.
• Strong learning ability, accountability, execution, and teamwork.
• Interest in logistics and willingness to learn through hands-on warehouse work.
• Valid U.S. work authorization. OPT candidates are welcome where the work is directly related to their field of study.
• Relevant internship experience or Spanish language skills are a plus.
