Smart Supply Chain Inc. in Houston is seeking a motivated Management Trainee to join our warehouse operations team.

You will learn from an experienced operations manager and gain hands-on exposure to inbound, outbound, inventory, and KPI tracking while advancing toward a leadership role. We require bilingual English/Chinese communication, English and Mandarin proficiency, and a willingness to learn warehouse operations with a clear path into trucking management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory, and returns.
• Support supervisors with employee scheduling, task assignments, and performance tracking.
• Monitor productivity, accuracy, attendance, and operational KPIs.
• Assist with inventory control and warehouse organization.
• Communicate with warehouse staff, supervisors, and management.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and reduce operating costs.
• Prepare daily reports using Excel and warehouse management systems.
• Support workplace safety and operational compliance.

Key Responsibilities (Training Provided)

• Assist with daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory, and returns.
• Support supervisors with employee scheduling, task assignments, and performance tracking.
