Job summary

Table Mountain Casino Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment.

You will supervise staff, ensure safety and quality standards, and develop training programs to improve accuracy and efficiency. The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and experience with computerized procurement and warehouse systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required unless waived.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Three (3) years of Receiving or Warehouse experience and/or inventory control related experience required.
• ServSafe certification with Food & Beverage experience preferred.
• Must have experience with computerized procurement order and warehouse inventory systems; proficiency with MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receipt of goods, accurate recording, inspection for damage, and documentation.
• Manage inventory levels; track stock; ensure accurate records of shipments.
• Coordinate picking, packing, and shipping of orders for timely deliveries.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff; enforce safety protocols.
• Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
