Job summary

Alloy Fasteners, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Warehouse Manager to lead our Cranston, RI distribution facility. You will oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, purchasing, and staff development while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse operations and teams
• Ability to manage purchasing, receiving, shipping and inventory
• Familiarity with ISO quality programs and safety standards
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Hands-on warehouse leadership and daily operations
• Lead staff to meet daily shipping goals and ensure smooth facility operations
• Maintain accountability for purchasing, receiving, shipping and inventory
• Ensure excellent customer service and respond to inquiries from customers and sales team
• Oversee training and development for new and existing employees
• Ensure compliance with ISO Quality Program, safety standards and company policies
• Collaborate with sales to support customer needs and new business opportunities
• Communicate effectively with other branch managers and leadership
• Run and analyze daily operation reports (open orders, POs, transfers)
• Cover operational needs during employee absences
• Maintain facility, equipment and supplies in good working order
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce costs
