Job summary

Coleto Brands, parent Company of Progress Lighting and Kichler, seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to join the Jefferson, GA team. This full-time exempt role runs Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, with possible extra hours to meet business needs.

You will lead daily operations, drive safety, productivity, quality and employee engagement in a fast-paced distribution center. The ideal candidate brings hands-on leadership, effective coaching, and a track record of developing high-performing teams while

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of warehouse or distribution center experience.
Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
Experience with SAP, WMS, and MS Office; Lean/5S or CI knowledge preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead daily warehouse operations to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and service objectives.
Plan and allocate labor resources based on demand and priorities.
Supervise, coach, train, and develop warehouse associates to improve performance.
Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
Monitor KPIs and drive inventory accuracy, cost efficiency, and on-time shipments.
Promote OSHA compliance and a strong safety culture.
Prepare reports and analyze operational data to support decisions.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
