Job summary

Coleto Brands is seeking a General Warehouse Associate – Inventory Control for the Progress Lighting facility in Jefferson, GA. This role supports cycle counting, audits, and inventory reporting to maintain accuracy on a first shift, with overtime as needed.

The ideal candidate has warehouse experience, strong math skills, and the ability to operate PIT equipment. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience performing cycle counts and audits to maintain accurate inventory.
• Ability to locate missing inventory and correct discrepancies.
• Familiarity with SAP or other inventory systems is a plus.
• Certification in PIT operation preferred.
• 1-2 years in distribution or warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and miscellaneous inventory audits per policy.
• Ensure products are in correct locations and locate missing inventory.
• Investigate and correct quantity/location discrepancies.
• Analyze root causes and suggest process improvements.
• Support third-party vendor audits for received materials.
• Complete tasks accurately and safely, and generate cycle-count reports.
• Other assigned duties as needed.
