Reporting to the Plant Logistics Manager, you will oversee staff, enforce safety standards, and optimize processes to ensure inventory accuracy and on-time delivery.

You’ll drive continuous improvement, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and mentor direct and indirect reports while maintaining a safe, efficient, and compliant warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related discipline preferred; or 10 years of leadership experience in warehouse/logistics operations.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Experience with SAP WM module.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse, receiving, and inventory control activities at the Siemens plant in Wendell, NC.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy above target and ensure productivity within the department.
• Train, measure, monitor, coach, and discipline staff; manage performance reviews.
• Plan capacity, balance resources with demand, and drive improvements across departments.
• Collaborate with internal customers and troubleshoot complex inventory/operational issues.
