Job summary

Alliance Door Products in Aurora, CO is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead our in-house warehouse team, oversee receiving, stocking, and inventory, and drive safety and efficiency.

You will coach employees, monitor shipping and daily performance, manage driver activities, and collaborate with branches to align KPI metrics; a strong background in logistics and forklift operation is required.

Qualifications

• Three plus years of leadership/supervision experience including hiring, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
• Three plus years of warehouse, logistics, shipping, receiving, inventory, or related operations experience.
• Significant experience with Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise receiving, stocking, warehouse pullers, and inventory coordination.
• Communicate job expectations, performance expectations, daily priorities, and warehouse goals to team members.
• Monitor shipping, receiving, inventory, warehouse workflow, and daily warehouse performance.
• Help manage warehouse labor and expense costs to support budget expectations.
• Oversee continuous improvement initiatives as they pertain to the warehouse.
• Oversee and champion the safety program as it pertains to the warehouse.
• Ensure warehouse employees follow policies, safety standards, and work rules.
• Oversee warehouse equipment maintenance and CDL-A drivers/delivery activities.
• Coordinate driver routes and daily assignments; ensure safe driving practices.
• Assist with warehouse supply purchasing and collaborate to maintain KPI metrics.
• Provide coaching and direction to maintain morale and performance.
• Support annual reviews and discipline as needed.
• Contribute to larger operations initiatives with Director of Operations.
