Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily shift operations in a fast-paced, safety‑minded grocery warehouse environment, including freezer and perishable zones. You will lead 15+ associates, enforce quality, safety and sanitation standards, and collaborate with the Shift Manager on performance development.

The role requires 2–5 years of related warehouse experience, experience with Warehouse Management Systems, and strong people management skills.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years related warehouse experience; Team Lead or Supervisory experience managing 15+ associates desired.
• Exposure to Warehouse Management Systems and related tooling a plus.
• Strong leadership, coaching and safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of Warehouse Associates in order fulfillment and general warehouse operations.
• Instruct staff on quality, safety and sanitation practices and monitor adherence.
• Collaborate with Shift Manager on PDPs; coach and mentor for performance improvement and retention.
• Manage KPIs: Safety, Retention, Productivity, Budget and Quality (Shrink).
• Conduct safety, quality and operational audits; document findings and take corrective actions.
