Job summary

Composites One LLC in Minnesota is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee safety, quality, and storage operations while driving efficient daily activities. You will manage staffing, inventory accuracy, and freight coordination to meet service and ROA goals.

You will lead with a focus on teamwork, compliance with FIFO and HAZMAT shipping, and integration with SAP/WMS systems to minimize costs and improve performance across the distribution network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a warehouse environment, including supervisory experience.
• Proven track record in a team development role.
• Experience with order picking, shipping, receiving, inventory counts, pick/pack.
• In-depth knowledge of FIFO, OSHA requirements, safety awareness, and HAZMAT shipping.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with the ability to learn and master internal systems (SAP).
• Proficient with WMS, B2B functions, near-miss and SDS, UPS, FedEx, and dedicated logistics systems.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and establish staffing systems, processes and procedures to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Investigate root causes of shipping and receiving errors and implement corrective actions.
• Build and maintain supplier partnerships and coordinate on-time delivery of items.
• Coordinate product movement, warehouse space requirements, and stock rotation with regional Buyers and Supply Chain Managers.
• Oversee the annual physical inventory and regular cycle counts.
