Job summary

This role supervises warehouse staff, maintains inventory accuracy using ERP/WMS, partners with the Logistics Manager for inbound/outbound shipments, and drives continuous improvement while meeting +98% on-time goals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years manufacturing or distribution leadership experience.
• Exposure to operations including manufacturing, distribution, order fulfillment and inventory systems.
• Ability to assess current environment, team, and production capabilities and direct changes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, storage, inventory management and material handling.
• Ensure operations are safe, efficient, and compliant with policies and procedures.
• Organize warehouse layouts to maximize space and productivity.
• Monitor housekeeping standards throughout the warehouse.
• Oversee receiving processes and ensure accurate inspection, documentation and storage.
• Coordinate outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP/WMS and lead cycle counts.
