This role supervises warehouse staff, maintains inventory accuracy using ERP/WMS, partners with the Logistics Manager for inbound/outbound shipments, and drives continuous improvement while meeting +98% on-time goals.

Qualifications

3–5 years manufacturing or distribution leadership experience.
Exposure to operations including manufacturing, distribution, order fulfillment and inventory systems.
Ability to assess current environment, team, and production capabilities and direct changes.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, storage, inventory management and material handling.
Ensure operations are safe, efficient, and compliant with policies and procedures.
Organize warehouse layouts to maximize space and productivity.
Monitor housekeeping standards throughout the warehouse.
Oversee receiving processes and ensure accurate inspection, documentation and storage.
Coordinate outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP/WMS and lead cycle counts.
