Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Intermediate proficiency in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Tools.
• Experience in warehouse operations.
• Experience with or willingness to learn the use of material handling equipment a plus.
• Associate degree in business, supply chain, engineering, analytics, or related field or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Floor Work Direction: lead task allocation to warehouse staff and prioritize in line with production goals.
• Mentorship: provide guidance, development feedback, and motivation to staff.
• Personnel Management: assist with evaluations and allocate responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.
• Analytical Excellence: support data-driven approaches to optimize labor, inventory, and layout.
• Performance Tracking and Reporting: monitor KPIs and generate regular performance reports.
• Safety and Compliance: uphold safety protocols and promote a safety-first culture.
• Demonstrate HODGE Values: embody Family, Integrity, Ambition, Respect, Balance.
• Additional Duties: perform tasks as needed to support changes in business conditions.
