HODGE is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to support inbound/outbound material flow, communication, and administrative tasks in our Davenport warehouse. You will help ensure accurate inventory, timely shipments, and organized documentation while upholding safety policies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic proficiency in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Tools.
• Experience in warehouse operations.
• Experience with or willingness to learn material handling equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with warehouse staff, supervisors, and other departments to facilitate timely movement of materials and maintain clear communication.
• Record and maintain accurate inventory data and assist with order processing and shipping documentation.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or delays; help improve warehouse processes.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors as needed to move materials and organize layout.
• Uphold safety protocols and promote a safety-first culture.
• Demonstrate HODGE values and support company policies; adapt as needed.
