Hodge Company is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to support safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations. You will handle communication and administration to ensure inbound and outbound materials flow smoothly and maintain real-time inventory records.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with warehouse staff, supervisors, and other departments to move materials efficiently and maintain clear communication.
• Record and maintain accurate inventory data; assist with order processing and shipping documentation.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or delays and help improve processes.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors as required to move materials and optimize layout.
• Uphold safety policies and promote a safety-first culture among all employees.
• Demonstrate HODGE values and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support changing business conditions.
