Job summary
Hydrite is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, and production activities. You will ensure safe, compliant, efficient operations while maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production schedules, and coaching operators to achieve targets.
The role requires a high school diploma, warehouse experience, and strong computer skills; forklift operation is required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory control, or manufacturing experience required.
- Strong computer skills including MS PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Must be able to operate a forklift.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory, and production activities.
- Oversee overtime and flexible hours to meet staffing needs.
- Schedule and supervise production activities and packaging operations.
- Lead safety, housekeeping, and compliance per DOT, RCRA, EHS, and Hydrite SOPs.
- Maintain inventory accuracy via FIFO, cycle counts, and resolution of discrepancies.
- Coach and develop warehouse staff and drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor KPIs for safety, quality, productivity and service levels.
