Job summary

Global Furniture Group is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor/Manager for our Lawnside distribution center in New Jersey. You will oversee receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping while ensuring accurate inventory and safe operations.

The role requires 5+ years in warehouse ops with 3+ years in a supervisory capacity, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and forklift certification.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years warehouse operations experience; 3+ years supervisory/management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Certified forklift operator and familiarity with warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Direct warehouse personnel to receive/ship orders accurately and timely.
• Unloading, sorting, staging inbound/outbound products; operate PIT where needed.
• Pull products for Will Call and shipments; handle non-RF items as required.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and stocking levels; lead cycle counts.
• Lead safety, train staff, and enforce PPE/compliance; address issues with management.
