Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola Logan is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead operations across the facility, driving engagement with Supervisors, Leads, and frontline associates and ensuring accurate inventory levels to support OTIF goals.

You will oversee budgeting and P&L for the warehouse, maintain OSHA and safety standards, coordinate with cross-functional partners, and implement continuous improvement in processes to meet demand while managing weekends and night coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 4+ years experience in a warehouse environment.
• 4+ years experience supervising frontline warehouse associates.
• 2+ years Inventory management experience.
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory practices.
• Understanding of OSHA safety requirements.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for facilities.
• Ability to plan warehouse budgets and procedures.
• Availability to respond to issues on weekends and nights.
• Familiarity with CONA SAP, PowerPoint, Blue Yonder, BluJay, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, DOMO, MS Teams, FourKites.

Responsibilities

• Drive organizational engagement to align departments for efficient building and delivery operations.
• Maintain accurate product levels to meet sales demand forecasts.
• Ensure regular repair and maintenance of facility and equipment for safety and function.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with warehouse team and promote progression.
• Seek innovative ideas to improve warehouse processes.
• Maintain an efficient schedule to meet sales demands.
• Ensure compliance with company and government warehouse policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
