Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is hiring a Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, drive OTIF performance, and lead a team of supervisors and frontline staff. You will ensure inventory accuracy, regulatory compliance, and safe, efficient processes across the distribution network.

The role requires 4+ years in warehousing with leadership responsibilities and experience with shipping, receiving, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4+ years experience in warehouse environment.
• 4+ years experience supervising warehouse front-line associates.
• 2+ years Inventory management experience.
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory practices.
• Understanding of safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
• Knowledge of facilities regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to collaborate with systems, customers and stakeholders.
• Budgeting experience for warehouse operations.
• Availability for weekends and nights.

Responsibilities

• Drive organizational engagement to align departments for efficient building and delivery operations.
• Maintain accurate product levels to meet sales demand forecasts.
• Ensure regular maintenance of facility and equipment and safety of assets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure team progression.
• Propose and implement ideas to improve warehouse processes and stay ahead of trends.
• Manage schedules to support accurate building operations for sales demands.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and government guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
