Cencora is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead the warehouse teams, ensuring compliant, safe, and efficient operations for distribution of pharmaceuticals. The role demands strong supervision, strategic planning, and hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include directing warehouse activities, maintaining performance metrics, and driving improvements in service levels while managing budgets and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Requires 5+ years directly related and progressively responsible experience, including 2+ years supervisory.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with distribution center staff; foster teamwork and development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations and direct Warehouse Supervisors and teams for efficient storage and distribution of inventory.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety roles, and government regulations regarding controlled substances, pharmaceuticals, and hazardous materials.
• Monitor performance, attendance, overtime, and overall service levels; drive improvements in order accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Review critical success measures, analyze targets, and implement corrective actions where needed.
• Coordinate with departments to maintain budget adherence and cost-effective operations.
• Support physical inventory activities and participate in weekend on-call rotations as needed.
• Maintain process controls and leverage RF-enabled or non-RF environments as required.
