Job summary

Neogen is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee receiving, storage, and distribution operations. You will ensure accurate inventory, develop KPIs, and drive continuous improvement across the warehouse.

The role requires a strong background in warehouse management, shipping, and QA coordination, with experience in SAP/WMIS and barcode systems. Collaboration with facilities, QA, and procurement is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain or related field.
Direct shipping, distribution, receiving, and warehousing experience.
Knowledge of SAP, WMIS and 1D/2D barcode systems.
Experience with domestic and international shipping.
Five years plus related distribution management experience.
Ability to interface successfully with management and subordinates.

Responsibilities

Oversee warehouse management and maintain a safe work environment.
Manage receiving, inventory, transfers and replenishment to ensure accuracy.
Create KPIs for departments and drive continuous improvement.
Coordinate product releases from quarantine with QA and manage nonconforming items.
Oversee quality assurance for buy-sell items and contract manufacturing.
Coordinate procurement activities and assist with pricing and supplier relations.
