Job summary

Wakefield Thermal, part of The Heico Companies, seeks a Warehouse Manager in Nashua, NH to oversee all warehouse operations in a manufacturing setting. You will manage inventory control, shipping/receiving, material handling, storage, and distribution to support production requirements.

The role emphasizes safety, leadership, and continuous improvement using Lean principles. Strong ERP/WMS experience and forklift certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• APICS CPIM/CSCP and Lean/Six Sigma certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and material replenishment.
• Oversee inbound/outbound shipments, coordinate transportation, and manage freight costs and KPIs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy via cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation; coordinate with purchasing/production.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate warehouse personnel; manage scheduling and productivity.
• Promote safety policies, OSHA compliance, and proper operation of forklifts and equipment.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement to reduce waste and improve workflow.
