Job summary

Lansing Building Products is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our Greenville warehouse operations. You will oversee personnel, inventory, and the timely loading and unloading of building products such as siding, windows, and gutters.

The role requires coordinating shipments and maintaining high safety and service standards. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of material-handling experience, warehouse management exposure, and forklift certification.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a warehouse team and managing daily operations.
• Strong focus on accuracy, safety, and process improvements.
• Ability to manage inventory, shipments, and loading/unloading processes.
• Customer-facing skills to coordinate with drivers and customers.
• Forklift certification and experience operating material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations and personnel.
• Coordinate shipments to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries.
• Manage inventory accuracy and daily cycle counts.
• Supervise loading/unloading of exterior building products and forklift operations.
• Hire and train warehouse staff, schedule shifts, and control overtime.
