Job summary

Lansing Building Products is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse operations in Augusta, GA. You will supervise personnel, manage inventory, and coordinate shipments to ensure precise, on-time deliveries of building products.

The role requires forklift operation and the ability to lift heavy materials. Ideal candidates have warehouse management experience and a proven ability to lead teams under deadline-driven conditions.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse management experience (preferred).
• 3+ years of previous material-handling experience.
• Forklift certification and experience driving a box truck (preferred).
• Ability to lead a team and/or work one-on-one with customers.
• Ability to lift boxes and materials weighing 70+ lbs.
• Comfortable working under deadlines and adapting to new processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage all warehouse operations including personnel.
• Handle all aspects of inventory management.
• Oversee loading/unloading of exterior building products (siding, windows, gutter).
• Coordinate shipments to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries.
• Supervise warehouse staff and approve schedules to minimize overtime.
• Maintain accuracy of orders picked and shipments received.
