Lansing Building Products is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations, oversee inventory control and ensure accurate, timely deliveries of exterior building products. The role requires hands-on leadership, forklift operation, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in warehousing, a proven ability to manage teams, and the flexibility to coordinate shipments and schedules under deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse operations experience or similar.
• Experience leading a warehouse team.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy boxes/building materials up to 70 lbs.
• Strong focus on accuracy, safety and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manages all warehouse operations including personnel.
• Handles all aspects of inventory management.
• Manages loading/unloading of exterior building products (siding, windows, gutter).
• Coordinates shipments to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries.
• Works with warehouse staff in loading/unloading trucks.
• Hires and manages warehouse personnel.
• Approves schedules to minimize overtime.
• Oversees daily cycle counts for inventory accuracy.
• Verifies order accuracy of picked items and received shipments.
• Operates a forklift.
• Keeps warehouse clean and orderly.
