Responsibilities

• Enforce safety, health, quality and company policies.
• Oversee safety and housekeeping of shipping, receiving, logistics.
• Develop and coach logistics staff to meet department goals.
• Coordinate with maintenance for preventive equipment upkeep.
• Supervise inventories and reconcile variances with production scheduling.
• Improve shipping efficiency and space utilization.
• Arrange trailers and carriers; ensure FIFO.
