The position requires 4+ years of warehouse leadership experience, strong budgeting and Microsoft Office skills, and a track record in safety and process improvement. Salary ranges from $50,000 to $55,000 annually and is based on experience.

Formación

• Minimum 4+ years of warehouse management experience.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and budgeting.
• Ability to pass drug test and background check.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Direct receiving, warehousing and distribution services; supervise staff.
• Maintain receiving and warehousing operations; coordinate programs.
• Safeguard operations by establishing security procedures and protocols.
• Control inventory by counts and data reconciliation.
• Plan layouts, inspect equipment, issue repair work orders.
• Prepare annual budget and analyze variances; take corrective actions.
• Schedule and assign staff; monitor work results.
• Coach and develop staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Attend workshops to maintain professional knowledge.
