NTN Bearing Corporation in Lebanon, Tennessee is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead all warehouse activities, ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency. You will drive inventory control, space utilization, and service levels while developing a high-performance team on the shop floor.

You will oversee ERP system usage, asset management, and cross-functional collaboration to meet production needs and customer commitments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Higher level leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience managing inventory control, material flow, and warehouse processes.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead across all levels.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership for all warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, material handling, shipping, packaging and distribution.
• Develop and execute strategies to optimize inventory control and service levels.
• Monitor stock levels and support replenishment planning.
• Ensure safety, environmental and regulatory compliance.
• Hire, train and develop warehouse staff and foster floor-level engagement.
• Drive ERP usage and accurate inventory records and reporting.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and asset management.
• Establish standard procedures and best practices for efficiency and cost control.
• Manage inbound/outbound logistics and packing/shipping preparation.
• Analyze performance and implement corrective actions to improve service and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production and customer needs.
• Lead special projects to support growth.
