Mom's Meals, a Purfoods company, seeks a Warehouse Manager to lead three-shift warehouse operations supporting production, fulfillment, and customer service. You will drive inventory accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement while supervising 20+ hourly staff and coordinating with Finance, Purchasing, and Production.

The role emphasizes FEFO/FIFO compliance, LEAN principles, and strong oversight of 3PL relationships, aiming to optimize cost, efficiency, and service levels overall.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, Logistics, or related field.
• 3+ years' warehouse management, distribution, logistics, or related leadership experience
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced, multi-shift warehouse/manufacturing settings
• Strong understanding of inventory control, warehouse operations, and material flow
• Experience using ERP, WMS, or similar inventory systems
• Proven ability to lead and motivate employees with accountability and engagement

Mansioni

• Lead and develop Shift Leads for daily warehouse operations (shipping, receiving, inventory control, internal movements)
• Direct Inventory Coordinators in inventory transactions, material consumption, and discrepancy reconciliation in ERP
• Ensure accurate inventory through cycle counts, audits, adjustments, and reconciliations
• Coordinate replenishment, transfers, and material availability with Finance, Purchasing, Production, and other departments
• Monitor KPIs: inventory accuracy, dock throughput, labor productivity
• Manage relationships with 3PLs to support storage, transport, and transfers
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance of 20+ hourly staff
• Coordinate external vendors for waste management, pallets, transportation, and warehousing support
• Develop and track department KPIs to drive performance and improvements
• Maintain policies and procedures ensuring safety, food safety, and quality standards
