• Familiarity with warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order preparation, shipment processing, and inventory movement.

Responsibilities

• Verify transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information to support accurate movement of products and fleet assets.
• Update warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details, status changes, and records to preserve data integrity.
• Track fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement to support schedule adherence and issue identification.
• Prepare dispatch, shipping, receipt, and related documentation for accurate processing.
• Review routine exceptions involving deliveries, returns, inventory discrepancies, or vehicle availability and route unresolved issues.
• Confirm handling, storage, and movement requirements to support traceability, loss prevention, and fulfillment continuity.
