Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree a plus.
• 3?5 years of warehouse management experience, preferably within the food, beverage, distribution, or related industry.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and inventory management skills.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and ERP software.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety standards, procedures, and regulations.
• Forklift certification required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products.
• Oversee drivers and fleet vehicles, ensuring safe and efficient transportation operations.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and maintain accurate documentation for all shipments and inventory transactions.
• Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff to promote productivity, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse while enforcing company safety standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with logistics and other departments to ensure timely deliveries, address shipping issues, and optimize workflow.
• Champion a customer-centric approach by ensuring accurate, timely, and reliable warehouse and logistics operations that consistently meet customer needs.
• Generate and review operational reports, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve warehouse efficiency and performance.
