Job summary

Mygrant Glass Company in Everett, WA is seeking a dependable Warehouse Supervisor to support daily branch operations and lead warehouse team performance. You will supervise employees, manage inventory, schedule shifts, and maintain a safe, efficient, customer-focused environment.

The role reports to the Branch Manager and requires strong leadership, communication, and safety awareness with a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

Proven leadership, team building, detail orientated and communication skills.
Ability to cultivate a culture of teamwork, customer focus, and respect.
Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and safety.
Experience with both fleet and MHE safety and maintenance.
Solid interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with all company policies including state and federal regulations.
Monitor and maintain branch performance goals/standards utilizing KPI’s and other metrics.
Assist with recruiting and training staff at the branch.
Oversee safety and security of branch and employees, ensuring proper use of machinery and clean/workstations.
Identify priorities and allocate resources to complete daily objectives.
Supervise daily tasks and conduct performance reviews.
Enforce policies and procedures and maintain consistency.
Interact with employees and customers with professionalism and respect.
Coordinate branch activities to ensure smooth operation.
