Job summary

Mygrant Glass Company is seeking a dependable Warehouse Supervisor to support daily branch operations and lead warehouse team performance in Everett, WA. You will assist the Branch Manager with supervising employees, inventory oversight, scheduling, and maintaining a safe, efficient, customer-focused warehouse environment.

The role emphasizes driving service excellence, meeting operational goals, and developing the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Forklift certification is required.
• 2+ years warehouse or equivalent experience required.
• Valid driver’s license strongly preferred.
• CMV DOT Medical Card preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all company policies including state and federal regulations.
• Monitor and maintain branch performance goals using KPI’s and metrics.
• Assist with recruiting and training staff at the branch.
• Oversee the safety and security of branch and employees, making sure everyone uses machinery properly, maintains workstation and branch clean.
• Identify priorities and shifts resources to ensure completion of daily objectives.
• Supervise employees over daily tasks and conduct performance reviews.
• Interact with company employees and customers while maintaining professionalism.
• Assist to coordinate branch activities to ensure smooth operation of branch.
