Nouria Energy is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager in Savannah, GA to oversee inventory control, receiving, storage, distribution, and order fulfillment for 300+ convenience store and fuel locations across the Southeast. This role drives operational efficiencies, safety, and service excellence while collaborating with Procurement, Operations, Maintenance, and Fuel Services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse, distribution, or inventory management experience.
• 2+ years of warehouse leadership or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory controls, and cycle counting processes.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive accountability.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience operating a forklift and other material-handling equipment.
• Experience with inventory management systems preferred.
• Convenience store, fuel, maintenance, retail, or distribution experience is a plus.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and distribution.
• Implement and maintain standardized warehouse processes and best practices.
• Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and material flow.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee inventory reconciliation efforts.
• Lead cycle counting and physical inventory activities while investigating discrepancies.
• Establish and enforce inventory control procedures.
• Collaborate with Procurement to support purchasing, supplier deliveries, and replenishment planning.
• Coordinate the distribution of materials to stores, technicians, and internal departments.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of maintenance and operational requests.
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Manage inbound and outbound freight activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist with merchandising displays, store fixtures, and special projects as needed.
