Enmarket in Savannah, GA is seeking a skilled Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Savannah distribution facility, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of materials that support our retail and maintenance operations.

You will maintain inventory accuracy, optimize layout, supervise staff, and ensure safety, while collaborating with Procurement and Operations to meet store and technician needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of warehouse, distribution, or inventory management experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience within a warehouse environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control practices, cycle counting, and warehouse operations.
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate a forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Ability to work onsite at the Savannah facility.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, and distribution.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting, physical inventories, reconciliation processes, and investigation of discrepancies.
• Establish and maintain inventory control procedures and warehouse operating standards.
• Optimize warehouse layout, storage utilization, and material flow to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure a safe, clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment.
• Coordinate inbound deliveries and outbound shipments.
• Support replenishment activities and collaborate with Procurement on purchasing and inventory requirements.
• Coordinate the distribution of materials to stores, technicians, and internal departments.
• Monitor warehouse performance and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
• Support the assembly and preparation of merchandising displays and fixtures for store locations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and operational procedures.

This role is accountable for maintaining inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, safety standards, and warehouse organization while supporting the needs of internal stakeholders across the business.The warehouse holds a variety of inventory, including fuel parts, store maintenance supplies, foodservice equipment, merchandising materials, and other operational assets.
