Job summary

Groundworks is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Denver to lead warehouse operations, ensure safety, and drive efficiency across branches. This role emphasizes leadership, process optimization, and inventory control within a fast-growing organization.

You will oversee staff, coordinate with management, and prioritize tasks to keep materials flowing to crews and customers while supporting an award-winning employee ownership program.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of warehouse management experience.
• OSHA knowledge and forklift license preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to drive light commercial vehicles as needed.
• Computer literacy to navigate reports and data systems.

Responsibilities

• Completes warehouse and distribution tasks for crews, customers, and the warehouse.
• Maintains a safe, clean work environment.
• Organizes inventory area and tool room following best practices.
• Supervises and manages warehouse staff.
• Ensures receipt, coordination, and safety of incoming goods.
• Ensures timely dispatch of orders to destinations.
• Coordinates with Branch and Senior Management to assess labor needs.
• Collaborates with all departments and locations.
• Reads and digests reports, data, statistics.
• Provides leadership to build relationships crucial to success.
• Prioritizes conflicting needs and follows through on projects.
• Operates or trains to operate a forklift.
• Occasional travel.
• Essential function: report to work on time.
• All other duties as assigned
