Job summary

Harrell's LLC seeks an experienced Warehouse Manager for a full-time day shift in Watsonville, CA. Manage warehouse operations, lead staff, schedule deliveries, ensure safety and compliance, and coordinate with quality, engineering and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• Two to three years of warehouse management experience; distribution and forklift driving experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage the warehouse in compliance with policies and vision.
• Train, orient, coach, discipline, and motivate employees.
• Oversee all warehouse staff activities: picking, packing, staging orders; ensure cleanliness and loading of trucks.
• Dispatching: assess orders for product and delivery mode and schedule deliveries.
• Coordinate efforts between supporting departments within the site.
• Maintain productive department via written and verbal communication.
• Project a positive image to peers, customers, industry, and community with cost-efficient quality.
• Provide leadership for integration of quality systems and technology in operations.
• Ensure workplace health and safety standards and staff security.
• Ensure timely processing of inventory transactions and proper documentation.
• Actively manage inventory on site and ensure compliance with ordinances and company policies.
