Job summary

Harrell’s LLC is seeking a Warehouse Manager for a full-time, day-shift role in California. You’ll lead the warehouse, coach staff, and ensure efficient picking, packing, and dispatching of orders with a focus on safety and cost efficiency.

The position requires 2–3 years of warehouse management experience, a valid driver’s license, and forklift certification. No weekends; day shift; competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• Two to three years of warehouse management experience; distribution and forklift driving preferred.
• Must have a current and valid driver's license; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage the warehouse in line with company policy and vision.
• Oversee all warehouse staff activities including picking, packing, staging, and loading.
• Dispatch orders and coordinate deliveries; ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, and engineering for new systems and tech.
• Ensure health, safety, and compliance with applicable laws and policies.
