Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Supply Chain, Operations, or Business)
• 5+ years of warehouse management experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Experience with inventory management systems (e.g., WMS, ERP) and best practices
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO)
• Proven ability to lead and develop a warehouse team
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
• Develop and implement warehouse procedures to ensure accurate inventory management
• Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for efficiency and capacity
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse
• Coordinate material flow with production, logistics, and sales teams
• Implement and manage inventory control, cycle counts, and reconciliations
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance productivity and service levels
