Job summary

DOCOMO PACIFIC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations, drive inventory accuracy, and coach a high-performing team in Guam. You will manage receiving, storage, counts, and order fulfillment while promoting safety and continuous improvement.

This full-time role requires strong organizational skills, hands-on leadership, and the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure timely delivery of products and exceptional internal service.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with supervisory experience in warehouse ops.
• Experience with inventory systems or ERP preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control and distribution.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and counts.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers on discrepancies.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and safely.
• Promote a safe, compliant warehouse environment and coach staff.
