Job summary

Artisan Design Group (ADG) is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead our operations, drive performance, and build a reliable, sustainable team as we continue to grow.

The role focuses on implementing warehousing strategies, improving processes, ensuring inventory accuracy, and partnering with HR on talent development and safety culture.

Strong leadership, 5+ years in warehouse management, and a track record of continuous improvement are essential; the position offers health benefits and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in warehouse operations.
• Subject matter expert in quality and operational controls, process improvement, organization and operations flow design, and systems.
• Excellent leadership skills to balance objectives of a great team member experience and customer experience.
• Proven ability to implement process improvements.
• Competence to process complex processes and manage several initiatives effectively.
• High level of problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish proactive initiatives to maintain seamless flow of material in and out.
• Ensure operations sustain performance in line with objectives and annual budgeting.
• Establish warehousing strategies and policies for receipt, storage, and distribution.
• Drive high performance for KPIs: inventory accuracy, warehouse productivity, quality standards, space utilization.
• Evaluate processes and drive continuous improvement across the branch.
• Collaborate with departments to keep inventory at minimum levels and avoid stock outages.
• Lead and coach staff, foster a positive culture, and drive business initiatives.
• Coordinate with HR on leadership development, bench strength, and engagement.
