Job summary

Maola Local Dairies in Philadelphia seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee shipping, receiving, storage, and delivery within the distribution center.

You will lead a team, enforce safety and GMP standards, manage inventory accuracy, coordinate with production and customer service, and drive on-time order fulfillment.

The role requires several years of supervisory experience in manufacturing warehousing and a proven ability to improve productivity.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma with higher education or certification.
• At least three (3) years of Manufacturing Warehouse Supervisory experience preferred.
• At least five (5) years of Manufacturing Warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse objectives by supervising staff and operations.
• Communicate job expectations to staff and DC teams.
• Lead the safety program and promote safe work habits.
• Ensure compliance with policies, OSHA regulations and GMP standards.
• Monitor budgets and expenditures; identify variances and take corrective action.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and inventory transfers.
