Job summary

Maola Local Dairies is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee shipping, receiving, storage, and delivery in our Philadelphia facility. You will supervise, train, and motivate staff, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate inventory activities to meet customer demands.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma with higher education or certification required.
• At least three (3) years of Manufacturing Warehouse Supervisory experience preferred.
• At least five (5) years of Manufacturing Warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping, receiving, storing, and delivering items in the warehouse and distribution center.
• Supervise warehouse and distribution center staff; train, schedule, and coach.
• Ensure safety program adherence and compliance with OSHA and GMPs.
• Drive production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems.
• Coordinate inventory transfers and monthly physical counts; input data into WMS.
