Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of materials, and supervise staff in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will implement procedures, monitor safety, and optimize space utilization while coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet production schedules.

Minimum four years of supervisory experience, high school diploma, and proficiency with MS Office are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a dynamic and team-oriented work environment.
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook E-mail.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred; associate degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and oversee the daily operation of the warehouse including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment.
• Direct and supervise warehouse staff.
• Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned area.
• Resolves issues in a timely and effective manner, on a moderate scope.
• Review effectiveness of operating procedures, maintenance, space utilization and protection of equipment.
