Job summary

All Tile – CCS/Walcro in Madison, WI is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead daily operations, drive productivity, and ensure accuracy in receiving and shipping. You will develop the team, implement SOPs, and coordinate with other branches to meet customer expectations.

This role requires 5+ years in warehousing, 1+ year supervisory experience, forklift certification, and strong safety knowledge. The successful candidate will optimize space, monitor inventory, and maintain a safe, compliant work

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse experience in retail, wholesale trade, or a similar environment.
• 1+ years of supervisor/leadership experience.
• Forklift experience and/or certification.
• In-depth understanding of the industry and best practices for warehouse operation.
• Experience in the flooring industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop all warehouse staff to create a positive and engaged team environment.
• Motivate the warehouse staff to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations as reviewed during routine huddles.
• Establish and reinforce operational, delivery, and warehouse safety, maintenance, compliance, and cleanliness standards.
• Manage warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment.
• Verify orders for accuracy and quality at every stage of receiving and shipping process.
• Follow shipping and receiving SOPs for paperwork and electronic systems processes.
• Organize warehouse space and inventory to meet safety, efficiency, and inventory control standards.
