Job summary

All Surfaces is seeking a proactive Warehouse Manager in Madison, WI to lead a retail/wholesale warehousing team. You will drive productivity, manage inventory, and ensure safe, efficient operations across receiving, storage, and shipping.

Qualifications

5+ years of warehouse experience in retail, wholesale, or similar environments.
1+ years of supervisor/leadership experience.
Forklift experience and/or certification.
In-depth understanding of warehouse operations and best practices.
Experience in the flooring industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop warehouse staff to create a positive, productive team environment.
Meet and exceed customer expectations through effective daily planning and execution.
Establish and enforce safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards in the warehouse.
Oversee receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping processes.
Operate or coordinate use of material handling equipment and SOPs for paperwork and systems.
