Job summary

Epic Personnel Partners, LLC - Allentown, PA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a distribution setting. You will schedule staff, lead shift turnover meetings, and ensure accurate inbound/outbound processes while maintaining safety and organization.

The role requires strong computer skills (MS Office, WMS), effective communication, and leadership to manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a self-initiator who can implement and supervise all warehouse data entry programs as directed by the Office Manager.
• High level of computer literacy and experience with MS Office and WMS systems.
• Some college level management education and/or 2 years warehouse supervising in wholesale industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure housekeeping and cleanliness of all work areas and proper receptacle use; keep dock areas, aisles, break areas, bathrooms and offices organized and safe.
• Effectively schedule staff to cover a 7-day workweek.
• Establish and hold daily departmental start-up meetings to communicate volumes, expectations, and safety topics.
• Review inbound volumes and vendor receiving/shipping status before shift turnover.
• Coordinate with yardmen to ensure proper trailers are backed in for outbound loading.
