Job summary

Open Systems Technologies in Georgia seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse staff in shipping, receiving and general warehousing. You will monitor performance in the WMS and provide ongoing training to ensure proficiency.

Responsibilities include managing the WMS for accurate shipping, inventory control, payroll time review in Dynamics 365 AX, and driving process improvements to boost efficiency. A Bachelor's in business and 3–5 years of leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
3–5 years of experience leading others in a warehouse/inventory environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and office equipment.
Willingness to train and learn Dynamics 365 (AX) ERP system.

Responsibilities

Manage WMS, ensuring accurate and timely shipping to meet customer expectations.
Monitor Sales Picks and ensure timely completion in WMS.
Identify and communicate process improvements to increase efficiency.
Prioritize urgent tasks related to customer shipments and resolve promptly.
Generate reports, charts, and graphs to track performance and inventory trends.
Oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and annual physical inventory; investigate discrepancies.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Review and calculate payroll time, leave and overtime in Dynamics 365 AX.
Direct team to move materials using forklifts and other equipment; assist as needed.
Maintain up-to-date work instructions.
Perform special projects within the Warehouse Department as needed.
