Job summary

Imperial Brady is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and inventory management. You will lead team huddles, train new associates, and ensure safety and customer service standards are met.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in warehouse roles, leadership experience, and the ability to train others on equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts. A high school diploma is required, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience.
• Experience as a team leader or supervisor preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate, and train others to operate, warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, pickers, or scrubbers.
• Basic computer skills to operate warehouse management systems and data entry tasks.
• Basic math skills to manage inventory counts and measurements.
• Strong communications, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines; overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations; ensure tasks are prioritized and completed safely.
• Serve as a training resource for warehouse associates and new hires.
• Accurately pull and process customer orders for delivery and shipping with labeling and documentation.
• Receive, stock, rotate products; participate in audits, cycle counts, and annual inventory.
• Load and unload trucks; operate and train on warehouse equipment as needed.
• Assist with facility and equipment maintenance; keep a clean, organized workspace.
• Communicate with team and management; attend department meetings and support a positive environment.
• Adhere to safety and compliance protocols; maintain a safe workplace.
• Take ownership of customer needs with speed and urgency; handle additional duties as assigned.
